It feels like ages since I last blogged so I’ll do just a short entry here. Science Orientation Week has just ended yesterday after what seemed like a month plus worth of preparation work to do etc. And I have to say that having headed a FOC before, I disagree with the way things were done during this camp and that things could have been much better. The freshies’ welfare weren’t really taken into account and I was quite worried about my OG. A good thing that my OG is like minded and thinks the same way as I do, which made things much easier when we didn’t want to do some stuff.
Soon-Ae rocks! I am really proud of this OG because all the freshies were ok with each other and nobody was left out or ostracized. And I think we have the best looking bunch of guys in the OG! Woohoo!! And we’re quite happening cos we’ve arranged for quite a number of OG outings already and it’s nice to see that this OG is quite bonded. And my OG had full strength whenever it was possible for all the orientation activities. Im really proud of them cos some of the freshies really made the effort to come down for the activities despite the inconvenience or how tired they really felt.
I am really glad that the weekend is here, not only do I get to catch up on my rest, but life goes back to normal. Time to meet up with friends!! =)
