TITLE: really drained!!!!
Haha I just did OT today.. Work has been pretty heavy..Been really tired...did OT since Tues and the whole of last week too. Thank goodness I have people to call during work. Its really nice when you are stressed during work and you talk to your friends who just really cheer you up and encourage you when you are down.Thanks to Bonnie, Livia, Shubbha, Kelvin, Alex and Brandon for talking to me while I was working.
Im really bad at Excel!! My supervisor had to keep teaching me and refreshing my brain. And oh. I must write this. Got really pissed by 2 things. number 1. I was supposed to have a dinner date today but it got cancelled. Never mind. The worst was that this friend pang-seihed me for 3 times in a row! 1st was a lunch date. 2nd was a ice-skating date. and 3rd is today. Like WTH!!!Cos of his parents!! Got really really upset about it. Cos I was really looking forward to dinner, especially since I had a long day at work. And being upset, I decided to do OT today. And on Tues, I was given something to do by someone not in my team. And that was really sucky cos after doing that, I was way behind on what I had to do for Shawn. (my supervisor la) And that thing was like so tedious and time-consuming!! like WTH. Was so so so so so pissed on that day. Thank goodness I felt my spirits lift after going for cell group.
Yup. This year I have been to CG twice and its really spritual food for me. :) I learn alot and get to interact more intimately with the church youths. So its good la. I remember that on Sunday, we had an arise youth meeting and we were asked to describe what we saw ourselves as players on a soccer field. People were stunned by my answer cos I said that I wanted to be a striker and help Arise achieve their goals and that I will really be very active :) It's really funny. But this year, I felt more prepared and I felt a yearning to be more active in church. Which is why I decided to join St Cecilia's choir and CCD. (cathechist) It's going be tough on me, that I know, but I just wanna try things out la. Thanks to Martin, for offering to be there for me when I will be overhwlemed by commitment problems. Lectors and Choir will defiinitely clash. I guess that I hafta discern the right decision when to serve the right ministry. It's already happening. Cos from march, lectors' bible sharing will clash with Cg. And im really torn cos I wanna attend both. Haa. But oh well.
And A Levels results are coming out real soon! Was telling Brandon how worried I was. And he's worried about O Levels too. Oh well. What's done is done already la.S shall just wait for God's blessing.
And I hope that I can be a good cathechist. Cos on my 1st lesson, only 1 student came. Dunno what happened to the other student.
And this Sunday will be my last working day at Waraku. Will definitely miss everyone. Haa. Especially Melvin, Jessie, Josephy. :D
