TITLE: I LOVE LUNG!! :)
Felt really good talking to Lung online and telling her about one of my past problems. Anyway,note to self: look forward and not back. A door has closed...but yet another door in my life will be opened. Lung! Movie fest soon ya?? ^^ LOL! Feels so good to let this off my chest.
Pose-exam activities have been fun..On Thurs, went out with my bestie, Livia!She wanted to buy lipstick so we went to places like Isetan, Tangs and Metro. It was pretty fun..counter hopping from Elizabeth Arden to Stilia to Lancome etc...Was so fun trying on all the lipsticks and deciding on what shade to match Livia. She wanted to buy lipstick at Metro..but the Loreal salesgirl...TSK!!!!!!!Poor service!!!!!!!!!Served this woman for like 20 mins and totally ignored Livia. So Loreal lost a potential customer...if not Livia would have bought the lipstick..So what if we are students man..we also have the buying power ok...She ended up buyin at Missha..LOL..And we talked so much..was super fun...Livia!! Shopping Spree in June hols, yea?
Then on Fri..out with Bonnie...my super nicebestie!!went to Lido to watch V for Vendetta..It's really good!! I enjoyed the movie alot..Haha n met Noezin..with her HC frens..It was really weird cos all her frens were HC and she was the only NJCian there..Oh well..Then we went on a mad shopping spree!!Went to Far East and then off to Bugis!!Where we spent 3 hours plus alone in Bugis Street..Was so darn tired by then.Haha had really good buys! We both bought bead necklaces at $5and we got a priviledge card to get 40% off non promo items like clothes at the shop!! Whee!! Then bought a silver necklace and earrings...and i bought my 3/4 denim jeans which looked really good! Whee!! I love shopping man..
Sat..had lector duty..AND I SCREWED UP THE PRAYERS OF THE FAITHFUL!!! Cos the church choir was supposed to sing "We pray to the lord" and congregation sings the response..then I absentmindedly said" Let us pray to the Lord" OMG..I realised I was not focused enough...And my confidence started to sink really badly..Then I could not say the word " community" properly...So I had to read the whole para again... Oh man..It was one of the worst readings I have done...And I always practise them beforehand..Why is it that so far..for all the readings I have done....None is perfect?? My fellow partner..Lester..can practise on the day of mass and he sounds far more pro than me..It's depressing...SIGH..With God's grace...hopefully I can improve for easter vigil and passion sunday...
Sunday...went to Escape Theme Park with Bonnie...Quite a washout...
1.Pasir Ris is so way out.
2.4 thrill rides were closed, which were the ones we wanted to sit.
3.Damn crowded, waited as long as 1 hour plus for Go-kart racing
4.Where is the shuttle bus service when you need it?
5.It sucks when it rains. cos almost all rides are cancelled n the only thing left to do is to play the games which cheat ur money cos the prizes are so hard to win.
But then we did have fun la..Flume ride was fun cos it was like a slide..Then pirate ship..haha was like a gigantic swing..I din find it scary cos I liked it..But Bonnie was so freaked out!! Haha..She kep screaming when the ships reach the high parts..Then go-kart was fun!!But the waiting sucks...1+ hour just for 2 rounds round the beginners' circuit??they cheated us of one round lor..cos our kart kept getting stuck...Then off to Kite flyer where Bonnie made funny comments n we both felt like puking cos just ate lunch n we had to lie on our bellies..Lol! Then Haunted house...where I was pretty freaked out...Cos Bonnie suddenly screamed...when there was nothing scary!!LOL!Turns out she saw this hand thing that was going to grab me.. Sad that we din get to sit Flipper..A 10x worse n elevated version of spinning tea-cups..Haha oh well..
Next week-look forward to CAAL activities and homework..BLEAH! Have to start muggin so soon alr??And I must finish 50% of FFX2 by next week!ARRGH!!!
