TITLE:I hate shopping on a tight schedule.
Went shopping with my brother today, for Xmas presents..Was quite stressed!! Cos had like only less than 6 hours and had to shop for my 3 best frens, 2 good frens and council comm. ( 10 of them!) And I have a really tight budget. I wish I had more cash man. Unfortunately, I still have not gotten my paycheck yet.. GRRR..So that sets me back by quite a bit. So got presents for everyone cept 6 council ppl. Went to like Suntec. I love TOYS R US!! Makes me feel young again. Haha, k k being childish..OOPS..Anyway, then went to Milennia and my eldest sis treated us to smoothies at Fuzion. NICE. But like rush up and down,,quite tired..and shopped for like only 1 hour plus! Quite frustrating cos went to so many shops but could not find stuff that my frens would like. Then off to Taka and my 3 best frens' presents came fr there. Sad that I could not play arcade...
Something funny happened at WHY PAY MORE. My brother saw this really nice golf greens and he decided to buy them for our dad for xmas. So he picked up the box and was going to proceed to the counter to pay. Budden he felt the box was light and thought it was empty!!So he called the salesman, X,over. X looked kinda strangely at us, and when my brother told him about the empty box, he opened the box and said, " It's not empty!!" OOPS. So toot. I told brother to do that earlier but he just wont listen to me. LOL. Then later, my brother told me that he felt very bad cos X was in the middle of a phone conversation, like doing some accounts check thingee.. OOPS..
I have bought only 2 issues of Teenage mag and for each issue I have won a contest!! YAY!! 1st contest I won a limited edition STAR WARS notebook, 2nd I won 4 rental catalogue vouchers fr Video Ezy.. Good huh.. So I rented Les Choirtes en concert. My family said I was crazy to be able to appreciate choral music without falling asleep. Well, its nice and listening to such music..is great.. I miss the IJ days...Just the other day at Bonnie's house, we were watching a video that our IJ choir juniors made for us as a farewell gift..and we really looked very different. Especially me..I had short hair, was not that confident compared to now..and looked a little geeky.. Oh well..guess its just called growing up..but 1 year and there's alot of differences.. Haha..
