Hi everyone! I have finally gotten my own blog! I kept telling people that I would soon get one, but never did. So I have finally done it! *pats back* This would be a great way for people to keep in touch with me. Yup. So happy! Now it is the hols, so I have just been slacking around, not doing much. The only serious thing I have been doing is poring over some A Level Science textbooks which sound pretty cheam. There are so many words in the textbook and fewer pics. My eyes are already watering just by reading those huge chunks of words. Betcha thinking, aiyoh, why so hardworking, should just rest and relax. Haha. Well, i m already doing that but just doing a teeny bit of serious work. Yup.
Next year, for the 1st 3 months, I would be going to Raffles Junoir College, so I had better read up so that I do not appear that lazy and blur in front of the other better students. After all, it is the top JC in S'pore and I don't want to malu myself, so must appear smart and academic in front of the others. Haha. Will miss my good friends dearly. I m really worried about life in JC, cos it would be really different from the sheltered life in sec school. I know that I must be much more independent in a JC. However, I m also worried about the people in RJC, cos from what I heard, the bulk of students are form RI and RGS, and they can be quite fierce, dao, selfish,aloof,etc. In other words, not very friendly people. So i m quite worried about making friends there. But when I went for the RJC openhouse, the people there seemed qutie warm and friendly. So I hope that next year's cohort would be just as friendly and approachable. yup.
Eww...I still smell chlorine on my hair. I went swimming yesterday with my brother for like 1 hour +, and now my neck hurts too. Must have strained my neck too much when I did backstroke. But at least my back aches are not so bad after that swim. Yup. My neck feels quite sore and when I like raise my neck, it hurts. OWW!!! Anway, feel quite bummed out after yesterday's fiasco. U see, my friend Janice and I had like planned this OBS gathering at East Coast since some time back, and many of our OBS mates said they would turn up for the gathering, which was yesterday. But guess what? In the end, many could not turn up at the last minute, so I felt quite disappointed. Only the IJ people could make it, along with our instructor, but it would have been very awkward. Yup. Anyway, to make up for it, I m going East Coast tomorrow with 3 of my good friends in class. Hope to have lotsa fun and at the same time, get a little more tanned. Cos my face is quite a pale colour and my arms and legs are not as tanned as they used to be. I pray for good weather man.
